Welcome to Adlyfe (“App”), operated by Adlyfe Health (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adlyfe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Adlyfe
Adlyfe is a digital health and wellness platform that helps users access healthcare information, book appointments, lab tests, counselling, school health programmes, pregnancy and ladies’ wellness content, health tracking, notifications, and related services. Features may vary by age group, location, and account type.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or using an account and must keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Where the Services are used by a child or by a person who cannot legally provide consent independently, a parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative must create, manage, or consent to the account and use of the relevant Services.
You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without authorisation.
3. Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Adlyfe provides health-related information, tools, and connectivity with healthcare providers for convenience. The Services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Content in the App—including articles, reminders, tracking tools, and AI-assisted features—is for general information and wellness support only.
You should not rely on the Services as a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, healthcare professional, counsellor, or other appropriately qualified professional.
If you experience a medical emergency or believe that you or another person requires immediate medical attention, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical care.
4. Appointments, Bookings & Payments
The Services may allow you to request or book appointments, consultations, laboratory tests, counselling services, health programmes, or other services provided by Adlyfe or third-party healthcare providers.
Availability, appointment times, fees, cancellation policies, refunds, and other conditions may vary depending on the service provider and location. A booking may be subject to confirmation by the relevant provider.
Where payments are available through the Services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Payments made for third-party services may be subject to the terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, and other conditions of the relevant third-party provider.
Adlyfe may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. We do not store payment information except where necessary and permitted for the operation of the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. You must not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, servers, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
- Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person.
- Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar methods to access or collect information from the Services without our prior written permission.
- Use the Services to provide medical advice or professional services unless you are appropriately authorised and the relevant feature expressly permits such use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with the App or its underlying software except where permitted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it as needed to operate, maintain, and provide the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Children & School Programmes
Adlyfe offers age-appropriate experiences for children and students. Where a child uses the App, a parent, guardian, or authorised school administrator must consent to such use and supervise it as appropriate. We process children’s information only as necessary to deliver the relevant programme features and in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The App may link to or integrate with third-party websites, clinics, laboratories, payment providers, messaging platforms, and content partners. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
Adlyfe, the Adlyfe logo, app design, software, and content provided by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is complete, accurate, or up to date. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adlyfe Health and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adlyfe Health from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Changes to the Services & Terms
We may update the App, features, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue to apply—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide you additional rights in your place of residence.
